Our Original Cocktail Recipes
Here are three actual signature cocktail recipes Lori and Dean have been serving at The Tavern for the last 15 years. Start with these to get a feeling of how Gingerovka can be a replacement in not only classic cocktails but your own creative creations!
We will be updating these cocktail throughout the month of December and will be adding some hot tea drinks as soon as possible–a real winter treat to ignite your inner peace.
Žižkov Mule
Another twist on the Moscow Mule and a true customer favorite, refreshing and simple. TIP: Easily extendable recipe–great for a welcome drink at parties.

Style: High ball/long glass, shaken.
Gather:
1 shot Gingerovka
1/2 shot ginger syrup
1/2 shot lime juice
4 mint leaves (torn in half)
Soda
Ice
Make it happen:
Fill shaker with ice. Add Gingerovka, ginger syrup, lime juice, torn
mint leaves. Shake well, pour into glass, top with soda and lightly stir. Top with ice. Serve with lime wedge on rim.
Cranberry Zinger
A drinkable, sexy, and complex cocktail combining Gingerovka with an extra kick of orange marmelade alongside quenching cranberry juice.

Style: Martini glass, shaken.
Gather:
1 shot Gingerovka
1 shot cranberry juice
1/2 shot lime juice
1/2 shot Triple sec
1 Tsp of marmalade
Ice
Make it happen:
Fill shaker half-full of ice. Add Gingerovka
cranberry juice, lime juice, triple sec, marmalade. Shake well. Pour into glass, squeeze in a wedge of orange and top with ice. Serve with lime wedge on rim.
Gingerovka Citrus Spritz
A effortless yet lively cocktail featuring Gingerovka, sour mix and Sprite. The Gingerovka really shines alongside America’s second sweetheart, Sprite.

Style: Low ball, shaken.
Gather:
1 shot Gingerovka
1 shot sour mix
Sprite
Ice
Make it happen:
Fill shaker half-full of ice. Add Gingerovka and sour mix. Shake well, pour into lowball glass and top with Sprite. Serve with lemon half-moon on rim.
